Introducing Holly Dunn

We are pleased to introduce Holly Dunn, Sales and Events Manager. This new role has been created to oversee weddings, corporate events, celebrations and hotel business.

Holly joined Phyllis Court in May 2019, formerly Sales and Events Manager at Great Fosters in Egham, she joins Phyllis Court with nearly 10 years’ experience in sales and events. 

Originally from Ascot, Holly, who now resides in Bracknell, has always had a passion for hospitality. She pursued this by studying a Leisure and Tourism GNVQ before taking up a role at De Vere Hotels working in the Events Department. It was here that she first experienced the full life cycle of planning  an event and fell in love with the industry. She soon progressed into her next role as an Events Manager at Rivervale Barn where her team were recognised as the ‘Best Events Team in London and the South East’ at the National Wedding Industry Awards.

Aside from sales and events, her other passion is running. She took up jogging in 2016, starting with a ‘couch to 5k challenge’, and went on to complete the 2019 London Marathon in 5 hours 11 minutes. Not only was it a substantial physical achievement, she also raised over £1000 for The Royal British Legion in honour of her grandfather, who was a member of the Legion and sold poppies.

Commenting on her appointment with Phyllis Court, Holly explained: “This role allows me to combine my passion for the hospitality industry with my love of events, weddings and sales. I was drawn to Phyllis Court not only by the role and fantastic opportunity, but I also fell in love with the spectacular riverside location and views!”
